Payments made for marketing, promotion, artist development, consulting, or label services are strictly non-refundable, including situations where:

  • The artist chooses not to continue
  • The service has already begun or been scheduled

Results in the music industry are not guaranteed, and all services are provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Revoke access to services or content
  • Permanently ban future use of MelanatedMusicGroup.com

7. Exceptions
